Shipping Policy

Delivery arrives within 14-21 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method. We strive to process orders quickly. For urgent deliveries, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We offer Worldwide shipping.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

During sales, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any local import taxes, duties, VAT, etc. We ship through Israel Post Registered Delivery, which provides a tracking code to follow your shipment.

Refunds for uncollected/returned parcels are issued only after we receive the parcel back and exclude the original shipping fee. For incorrect/incomplete addresses, reshipment is available once returned upon payment of a new shipping fee and any applicable duties/taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers can return items using regular post or our shipping service (shipping costs apply).

Refunds will incur a 5% fee to offset shipping costs and will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs. After issuing your refund, it may take several business days for the funds to reach your account.

Note: There are no returns or exchanges for custom designs or gold jewelry.

We offer a five-month warranty; after this period, repairs will be charged at a nominal price. Jewelry can be sent for cleaning at the cost of shipping only.

This warranty applies to fair and reasonable use of the jewelry, and does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Each handmade piece may vary slightly in appearance.

• Clean Silver: Use a silver cleaning cloth.
• Avoid Chemicals: Keep away from chlorine and sulfur.
• Remove Before Activities: Take off before bathing, swimming, or exercising.

Gold Plating Care: Gold plating is a thin layer of gold that may wear off over time. To maintain its quality, avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and excessive friction, and store it in a safe, dry place when not in use.
